Backorder feed and job movement tracing

Access live backorder data via a dedicated feed, and trace inventory movements back to the job that created them.

A new backorder feed is now available, providing a real-time export of all active backorders. This feed can power downstream reporting, purchasing decisions, or fulfilment planning integrations.

Inventory movements created during pick and putaway jobs are now linked back to the job that produced them. This makes it straightforward to trace exactly which job caused a movement, improving auditability across your fulfilment operations.

  • Supplier specific lead times can now be recorded against a supplier, informing purchasing and replenishment decisions.
  • Order line items now support notes on creation, allowing instructions or context to be added to individual items.
  • Allocations can now be bulk-split on unfulfilled items, streamlining wave management for large or multi-line orders.
  • A delivery target date can now be set on an order. At the moment this is informational only.
  • Order cancellation now correctly cancels all related open line items.
  • A pack job is now correctly created when an allocation is split.
  • Fixed a case where creating a transfer with attribute inputs would fail to save.
